How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked online through our booking system. This allows you to view availability, select your service, and secure your appointment at a time that works best for you.
If you’re unsure which service to book, we recommend starting with a consultation.
Is a deposit required?
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Your card will not be charged when booking. This is used to hold your appointment time in accordance with my cancellation policy.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee charged to the card on file, as that time has been reserved specifically for you.
What should I expect during my appointment?
Your appointment is intentionally unrushed. From the moment you arrive, the experience is designed to feel thoughtful, calm, and tailored to you.
We take the time to understand your preferences, your lifestyle, and how you want to feel leaving the studio, not just how you want your hair to look.
Do you work with all hair types?
I work with a wide range of hair types but currently, I am currently not accepting curly hair clients but am more than happy to refer or recommend other local stylists.
What products do you use?
We use professional, high-quality products selected for performance, hair health, and long-term results. I work with Calura colour, a Canadian-made line known for its reliability and beautiful, consistent results, and Kevin Murphy products, which we also carry in the salon.
Product recommendations are always based on your individual hair needs and styling habits—never trends or one-size-fits-all solutions.
Are you accepting new clients?
Yes, we are always welcoming new clients. Availability may vary depending on the service and timing, so booking in advance is recommended.
